Ms. Laura

My name is Laura Anduze, “Ms. Laura” as my Kindergarten students call me. I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I am a daughter of the Caribbean but I am also a citizen of the world. I have lived in Argentina and Brazil, travelled through Europe, Africa and Asia. I speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese and understand basic French. My dream is to speak Arabic, Japanese and Swahili. Next travel destination will be Morocco.

I am the proud mother of my son Marco, a sophomore at George Mason University, and of my Brazilian yellow labs, Uma and Bruno. Kindergarteners make my day every day! I look forward to seeing them each morning. I’m a PTA and FACE Committee Member and most recently became After School Clubs Coordinator. I am always available for my students and their families, so reach out!
