Fourth Grade Team!

Sierra Marsicek
Teacher
My name is Sierra Marsicek. I am originally from Wisconsin and moved to Arlington, VA in 2016 with my sister. I graduate from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI with a degree in Elementary Education. This will be my ninth year teaching. I taught 4th/5th grade in Wisconsin and have been teaching 4th grade ever since joining the All Star family! I love to teach math and learn new strategies from my students, but spend most of my free time reading. However, during the fall, I am often spending my Sundays cheering on the Green Bay Packers! My favorite time of year is winter because the Virginia summer heat has taught me to appreciate the cold weather. I am excited for the new school year and the new challenge of teaching and learning online.
Andrew McDaniel
Teacher
Hello! I am Andrew McDaniel. I grew up in Arlington and attended all APS schools. I graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Urban and Environmental Planning. I later moved to Nashville, Tennessee and earned a degree in Elementary Education. When I am not working with students, I am watching soccer, at the movies, reading a book, or off traveling. I look forward to a great year.
Joshua Seiler
Teacher
I recently graduated from the University of Southern Maine and moved all the way from Portland! In my spare time I love hiking, reading, and exploring new restaurants. I look forward to being able to start the year strong and doing everything I can to make sure every student has a successful year. I know this year will be fun, memorable, and most importantly educational for your students and me!
