School gardens are a great way for students to learn about gardening, nutrition, social studies and values. The garden lessons at Hoffman Boston are linked to the subject areas taught in their classroom. Through gardening students develop teamwork, taste and learn about healthy foods and become responsible caretakers of the environment.
