Volunteer Application

The APS Volunteer Application is now online (APS is no longer using paper applications).  Anyone who would like to volunteer at an APS school or chaperone a field trip must complete a new online application using one of the following links.

This is the same application for both volunteers and field trip chaperones. You can select the school(s) for which you would like to volunteer, and your application will be made available to the volunteer coordinator(s) for your selected school(s).  You only need to submit one application even if you have children at multiple schools within APS.  After you submit your application, you will receive an email from Safe Schools with an online training module that must be completed in order for your application to be approved.  Volunteers will have their own account in the system where they can track their volunteer hours. If you would like to chaperone a field trip, it is recommended that you complete the online application sooner rather than later so that your application is complete and approved well in advance of the field trip.
