Here are a few events that may be of interest to you.

Arlington Parks & recreation is hosting a program on Nature Journals on April 6 at Arlington Mill Community Center. $8 fee. https://www.arlingtonva.us/Government/Departments/Parks-Recreation/Programs/Kids/Families-Unplugged-In-Person/Nature-Journals

 

Author David Macaulay will be at the The Big Draw at the National Building Museum on April 20. Great for any students interested in architecture or engineering. For information  CLICK HERE .

 

Also on April 20, the Smithsonian Natural History Museum is hosting “The World and Me: Exploring Earth’s Diversity with Company E and Sound Impact.” Free but registration is requested.https://www.si.edu/events/detail/?trumbaEmbed=view%3Devent%26eventid%3D172799773

 

The National Arboretum will have a workshop on the Japanese artform known as Ikebana on April 21st. Information is here: https://www.usna.usda.gov/visit/calendar-of-events/ikebana-for-kids . Be sure to check out the Bonsai exhibit and herb garden!
